  • Sourcing Suppliers: Identifying potential suppliers, requesting quotes, and evaluating their offerings to ensure they meet quality, price, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the organization.
  • Vendor Management: Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Creating and processing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and avoiding stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Working within allocated budgets and finding cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all purchases are in line with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Verifying that the purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, new products, and changes in supplier pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
