Description:

•             Siemens PLC system: S7300 ,S1200 TIA,

•             Practice on PLC systems: Siemens, Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi.

•             Axis referencing, servo motor gain adjusting.  Installation of VFD, AC-DC motors, Induction motors, starters.

•             Machine installation & retrofit work for old machines. Control Panel & PLC, HT, LT panel Wiring.

•             Hands on  Windows ERP system.

•             Excellent exposure in Electronic & Electrical Panel design & development, troubleshooting& fault resolving.

•             Electrical, Electronics spare part managements, making BOM of Control Panel.

•             Relay logic, Contactor, OLR, MCB, MCCB, sensors, Drives, Limit switches.

•             HV &LV SWITCHGEAR, DATA SHEET, UPS, ELECTRICAL & Piping layout, power system study.

•             Knowledge of MCC & Starter like forward reverse, DOL, Stat delta etc. 

•             Knowledge on operation determination input & output count for SCADA & PLC 

•             Knowledge of control instrument like proximity, limit switch, encoder, HMD, Thermocouple, photo sensor, ?owmeter, pressure transmitter, RTD, Pyrometer. 

•             Process strong knowledge in I/O de?ne and their panel wiring. 

•             Troubleshooting of I/P Converter with position control valve and motorized valve. 

•             Process technical knowledge in electrical maintenance & control system electrical machine power system & plant maintenance. 

•            

•             Knowledge of Alternative current drive

•             Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems
